We have worked on a variety of projects centered around the connections between transportation and community building. We provide station area planning, development expertise, and planning for Transit Oriented Communities (TOC). We deliver projects in planning, design, and construction phases. TOC Framework and Implementation Plan, Metro
Development of the TOC Policy framework and TOC Implementation Plan which supports Metro’s TOC policies and coordination with local jurisdictions and CBO partners. We provided strategic direction, report development and led CBO and stakeholder engagement.

Green Line Extension to Torrance (C Line), Metro
Community Integration lead for the C Line Light Rail Transit (LRT) extension project. Leading Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) analysis and interdisciplinary coordination on Urban Design, First/Last Mile and Landscape Architecture. Community Outreach coordination with stakeholders and the public including virtual neighborhood walking tours.

Eastside Transit Corridor Phase 2 ACE TOC Assessment, Metro
Coordinated integrated TOC, FLM and urban design approach to station area planning for the ESP2 project. Led station area site tours with community stakeholders. Prepared quantitative and qualitative TOC analysis. Developed TOC assessment rankings and recommendations.

Crenshaw Northern Extension DEIR/ACE TOC + Urban Design +FLM, Metro
Leading interdisciplinary coordination for TOC and urban design for stations along the Crenshaw Northern Extension project. This includes development of station area mapping and analysis, interdisciplinary workshops with the DEIR and ACE teams, and coordination with Metro, City of LA, City of West Hollywood, stakeholders and the public. Leading first/last mile planning for this project following the selection of the locally preferred alternative.

Led development of station area planning activities, including charrettes, working group participation, and stakeholder engagement. (Performed at AECOM)
