Flexible Fleets

VICUS offers extensive project experience, leveraging technical expertise, project management experience, construction management, and proven results. We have worked on a variety of active transportation, first/last mile, flexible fleets and micro-mobility planning projects for public agency partners. We deliver projects in planning, design, and construction phases. Select projects, building on staff experience are highlighted below.

  • Eastside Phase 2 Transit Corridor ACE, First/Last Mile Analysis, Metro

    Conducted First and Last Mile (FLM) pathway network analysis for two proposed build alternatives. Conducted quantitative and qualitative analysis and developed recommended FLM design treatments around station areas.

  • Metro Rail to Rail Active Transportation Project (ATP) Segment A Construction Management

    Provide management and community relations support for the construction of active transportation projects in South LA. Coordination with stakeholders, residents and the public as a part of construction management support services.

  • Crenshaw Northern Extension, First/Last Mile and TOC, Alternatives Analysis (AA)

    Developed screening criteria and conducted TOC and FLM analysis for the Advanced Alternatives Analysis study. Prepared a TOC and FLM assessment report for proposed stations along CNE alternative alignments.

  • Flexible Fleets Pilot Program, SANDAG

    Supporting the development of a Flexible Fleets Pilot Program for the San Diego region. Leading outreach and engagement with CBO’s across the region, including interactive virtual workshops, and the development of a CBO Assessment summarizing opportunities for key communities of concern.

  • Metro Rail to River Active Transportation Project (ATP) Segment B

    Provided analysis and project support for the development of the Alternative Analysis report and stakeholder engagement program. (Performed at AECOM)
